This year a Charity foundation "Russian Silhouette" celebrates its tenth anniversary. At the moment regional offices work in Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Baltic states and 30 Russian cities. Annual large-scale actions, held by the foundation, attract hundreds of thousand people as participants and spectators.
